In choosing entertainment for your event, there is a common misconception that the time commitment you are paying for is only 5-6 hours. In order to create a signature event, there is much more time involved on our end - and we want you to know just how hard we're willing to work for you.
Our time commitment will vary between event types, and is the heaviest for weddings. The numbers below are by no means a requirement for you, we just want you to know that we're willing to put in as much time on your event as you are. Read on to find out more.
- Personal Consultation with your Master of Ceremonies: 3-4 hours
This is our first opportunity to go over every desire you have for your event. We begin the most comprehensive planning process in the industry, from special entrances and announcements to coordinating with other vendors you have chosen. This process is designed to take some of the planning burden off of your shoulders and allow you to actually enjoy your event. - Customized TImeline/Agenda for Entire Event: 2-3 hours
We will work with you and any other vendors involved to put together a smooth timeline for your event. This detailed agenda will ensure that all professionals on-site will be working as a team to create your ideal event experience. - Finalization of Details with Master of Ceremonies: 2-4 hours
This will be the last contact we have just before your event, where we will go over every detail of your event from start to finish. This is most integral for weddings and allows us to confirm any details that were left tentative in the planning process, as well as account for any changes that are needed. We're aware that sometimes, things change, and we try to be flexible for you. - Custom Introductions and Love Stories: 3-4 hours
Typically for weddings (but also available for other events), Forever Productions will create a personalized introduction for you and your special guest and/or your own unique love story set to music. These can be funny, romantic, emotional or more often a combination of all three. - Custom Recordings: 2-4 hours
We offer a variety of custom recording options. For a wedding, the Bride and Groom can record special messages to each other which can be mastered into the couple's first dance. We can also include your message to the event's honoree. Many variations are available, all of which can be laid over instrumental tracks to create striking moments for your event. - Pre-event Coordination: 1-2 hours
We will meet with your other vendors on-site to iron out any small details just before your event. Any last-minute notes will be incorporated into the event, and a smooth day or evening will be ensured. - Event Preparation, Travel, Set-up and Strike Time: 5-10 hours
Behind the scenes, normal preparation on the day of your event begins hours before your start time. We double and triple check all of our equipment, load and prepare any specialty items, and we arrive at your location 2-3 hours before the first guest will arrive. Equipment is set up and a sound-check is performed to ensure that the first guest through the door hears nothing but perfection. - Additional Staff Production Assistant: 5-9 hours
Our Production Assistant is another DJ or staffmember who assists the Master of Ceremonies. This allows your emcee to leave the DJ booth to coordinate with other vendors, while ensuring that your entertainment continues. - Event Performance: 5-6 hours
From the moment your first guest arrives, we will deliver an unforgettable performance using the highest quality equipment and music available. We will manage our 101-point checklist and execute every detail that has been discussed through the planning process.
